Vocational Rehabilitation
Vocational rehabilitation services aim to assist individuals with disabilities, including autism, in
preparing for, obtaining, and maintaining employment. These services provide a wide range of
support, including Career counseling, vocational assessments, job placement assistance, and
Training programs. These services are designed to empower individuals with autism to achieve
their career aspirations and maximize their potential in the workforce.

Pre-Vocational Program
At Budding Blossom is a comprehensive pre-vocational skill training programmed with a fully developed curriculum for students from 14 to 18 years. This is a structured course conducted focusing towards Job Work in the areas of
- To ensure by the end of the training, the candidate can acquire an adequate amount of skills in a particular vocation
- To become a socially accepted person in the community and society.
- The program embrace to broadcast the different skills is particularly appropriate, for students whose academic levels may be limited as well as for those whose functional proficiency is high with a desire to learn applicable skills.
- The course is based on all- in-together structure in a simulated setting and is programed to apply technical work skills that enhance learning while working.
- The trainees are placed in a Safe, comfortable, co-operative environment.

At Budding Blossom we believe that our duty as a Rehabilitation Centre is to create and maintain a stimulating training atmosphere for the candidates. Based on the competency level of each student and the consent of their parents,
We work towards creating a self-sustaining group, of the students together with able-bodied
persons who can make products and find a market for them. This gives the students an
opportunity to earn an income and become active contributory members of the society.
